Terms & Conditions – Refurbished Laptops

These terms apply to all refurbished laptops sold by SparkHub FZE (“SparkHub”) directly to consumers. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

1. Our Commitment to Quality & Price

SparkHub is committed to providing fully functional, professionally refurbished laptops at highly competitive prices. To achieve this, our sales are conducted under the specific terms outlined below. Every laptop undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it is 100% functional before dispatch.

2. 48-Hour Functional Guarantee

  • Your laptop is guaranteed to be in full working order upon arrival.
  • You have 48 hours from delivery to report critical functional defects (e.g., device not powering on or no display).
  • Cosmetic imperfections are expected and are not considered functional defects.
  • Claims must be reported to SparkHub customer service within the 48-hour period.

Upon a valid claim, SparkHub may, at its discretion, arrange a repair or replacement with a similar model.

3. Standard After-Sale Policy & Exclusions

After the 48-hour guarantee expires, and unless an Optional Limited Warranty is explicitly stated on your invoice, the sale is considered final.

  • Accidental damage (drops, broken screens, liquid spills)
  • Electrical damage due to voltage issues or improper power supply
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
  • Software issues (viruses, malware, OS errors)
  • Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation

4. Optional Limited Warranty

An extended warranty is not included by default. An Optional Limited Warranty may be offered on selected products.

  • Warranty validity exists only if clearly mentioned on your final invoice.
  • If not stated on the invoice, no warranty beyond the 48-hour guarantee applies.
  • When purchased, the warranty covers internal hardware defects under normal usage.
  • It excludes accidental damage, liquid spills, broken screens, and software-related issues.

5. SparkHub Paid Support Service

For issues outside the 48-hour guarantee or not covered by an active warranty, SparkHub offers a Paid Support Service. Repairs and replacements are performed by expert technicians for a transparent, pre-agreed fee.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted for valid claims made under the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee. Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before purchase.

7. Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up personal data. SparkHub FZE is not liable for any data loss during repairs, replacements, or paid servicing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
