These terms apply to all refurbished laptops sold by SparkHub FZE (“SparkHub”) directly to consumers. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.
SparkHub is committed to providing fully functional, professionally refurbished laptops at highly competitive prices. To achieve this, our sales are conducted under the specific terms outlined below. Every laptop undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it is 100% functional before dispatch.
Upon a valid claim, SparkHub may, at its discretion, arrange a repair or replacement with a similar model.
After the 48-hour guarantee expires, and unless an Optional Limited Warranty is explicitly stated on your invoice, the sale is considered final.
An extended warranty is not included by default. An Optional Limited Warranty may be offered on selected products.
For issues outside the 48-hour guarantee or not covered by an active warranty, SparkHub offers a Paid Support Service. Repairs and replacements are performed by expert technicians for a transparent, pre-agreed fee.
All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted for valid claims made under the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee. Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before purchase.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up personal data. SparkHub FZE is not liable for any data loss during repairs, replacements, or paid servicing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
